Jill Ann Hurst is an independent information consultant and president of Hurst Associates, Ltd. Jill has over 15 years of experience in ensuring that companies have the information they need to make strategic business decisions.
Jill is the author of "DialogWeb/FT -- Navigating the Full Text Periodical Jungle: Titles, Variants, Data Gaps and Duplications" published by Hermograph Press in 1999. She has written articles for a number of the information industry's trade magazines as well as for The Internet Lawyer and ipFrontline.
Jill is currently the president of the Rochester Professional Consultants Network and is a past president of the Upstate NY Chapter of the Special Libraries Association. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and Association of Independent Information Professionals.
